Returns & Refunds

A credit can be issued under special circumstances and will be offered before a refund is granted. Refunds are ultimately the discretion of the company and are not guaranteed. If a refund is granted it must be within 3 days of receiving the hair and must be in its originating form. We want to assure that we have tried everything possible to accommodate/satisfy your experience before issuing a refund. Please keep in mind I am a consumer as well and understand the importance of getting the best for your money.
