We ship all over the United States through USPS priority. We ask that you allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order and 2-3 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped (totalling 10 business days); this process could and usually takes a shorter time but please leave at least 5-7 working days in between the time you place the order and when you will recieve it. For all of our local customers we will not meet you to give you your hair; we are an online based store and we ONLY mail orders through the USPS. So we ask that you do not call or email asking to pick up your hair because we are no longer providing that service. Once the order has been sent out for delivery Classy Chic is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service and/or holds in custom. If your order is delayed we will be sure to contact you immediately and please allow additional processing time for all custom orders.

 

Please note that Classy Chic ordering days are Monday and Wednesday for any orders placed after Wednesday 11:55 pm ET/CT they will not be submitted until Monday of the following week unless otherwise specified. Please make sure you read ALL of our sites information before sending emails or calls asking what is already stated on the website.

 

Also, Classy Chic will not rush ANY orders prior to our allotted time frame, we ask that you order your hair/clousres in enough time to make sure that you receive it prior to any special occasions or appointments; we will not tolerate harassing emails, calls or text questioning where your hair is, especially if you placed the order within the last 48 hours.
